This beer was introduced to the market in 2016 on the occasion of the 800th anniversary of the Abbey. It has a characteristic freshness in taste and is also distinguished by a light golden color. Thanks to the hoppy flavor resulting from the cold hopping process, we can also taste citrus notes. Beer with fermentation in the bottle.
Ingredients: Barley malt, hops, water and yeast. Dry hopping with flowering hops (hop flower).
