St Feuillien Quadruple is a very dark and thick beer. It is clearly alcoholic (11%). It is distinguished by a complex and finely caramelized aroma and shades of Madeira wine and candied fruit, as well as an intense accent of fermentation esters (banana type). The whole thing is complemented by a slightly hoppy aroma. The palate is long and strong with a powerful body built on density and abundant visible extract. Bitterness is present but sweet and blends harmoniously with the malt structure. A selection of special malts elevates the chocolate side with a hint of coconut. Saturation is medium.
